Now and then, we feel we need a change.
Perhaps we have grown out of the role we are in, or maybe we need something different because of new circumstances in our private life (parenthood, house moves, caring responsibilities, mental health...).
Sometimes, our own values do not match our employer's values, which is something we don't often think about unless we are eco-warriors who work for Shell.
Other times, we feel we are not having a big enough impact in our current role.
So, if you feel like you could do with a change, but don't know exactly where to start, I have developed this tool HERE (it's a Google Sheet, just save it in your own drive to avoid changing my master copy) to give you an opportunity to reflect upon the various aspects of your work, including your employer, if you have one, and how much you live your values at work.
